Providing Individual, Marriage and Family Therapy for Children, Teens, Young Adults and Adults

Hi, I’m Hannah.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #140460

I believe life is always in a state of change. Our roles, identities, and passions are ever changing and growing as we enter new seasons of our lives. Learning to connect more deeply with oneself is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. I created Wildflower Rising Therapy in an effort to share my knowledge and passion of therapy to help other’s heal and step into transformation. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, trusting that you are the expert of your life. I am here to help my clients explore, discuss, challenge thoughts and feelings and create goals for transformation. My approach is an integrative one that pulls from my inspiration of Internal Family Systems, parts work, existential and humanistic psychology. Although I will always aim to address the issues bringing you in to therapy, it is my belief that we first need to take the time to listen and understand the whole history of a person. In this way I find that so much is connected.

My style uses intuition, warmth, empathy and collaboration. I listen deeply to understand and attune to my clients patterns. I don’t stop at listening and tend to be quite active in sessions to challenge my clients, highlight where they are stuck and encourage growth.

Providing you with a safe space to process

My therapy space is warm and inviting to support you in doing this deeply profound and challenging work in comfort and safety.

In-person and remote options

Therapy sessions will be held in a private office space in the heart of Downtown Los Gatos. This charming space is tucked just enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide you with privacy. I share space with the lovely Rooted Soul Therapy right behind Croissante.

If you can’t make it into the office don’t worry– I have options for telehealth.

“There is also no end to the human capacity for healing. In each of us, there is an innate ability to create joy out of suffering, to find hope in the most hopeless of situations, and to heal any relationship in need of healing.”
